The Place – Perdika is a small village on the coast of Thesprotia, between the cosmopolitan Parga and the enchanting Sivota, in a location with unique view to the islands of Corfu, Paxos and the open Ionian Sea. Mellos Evangelos, Civil Engineer NTUA. and Drigou Eleftheria Architect Engineer NTUA, chose that place for the construction of their cottage and together the creation of a small complex – neighborhood of three more independent  cottages.
