In the center of Parga, one hundred (100) meters above the church on the road Spyrou Livada 42, you will find the Melcon team’s luxury apartments, between the Green Bakery and the Local Health Center. Located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, with almost everyone living here being original owner, the friendly environment combined with the neighborhoods beauty will make you feel part of the local community.
Who Are We
Melcon team apparts from two civil engineers and two architect engineers, working in the local area. We are talking about a couple, Vangelis & Eleftheria and their two sons, Vasilis & Stefanos.
Our Mission
Our priority is to ensure a high quality service, and a place where guests can escape from their everyday routines in comfort, so they can enjoy a once in a lifetime holiday in the beautiful area of Parga. It is our aim to create a tailor-made holiday to suit every preference and also help the locan area fill with high quality turism.

We rent two brand new renovated suites in the center of Parga, providing our clients high quality services and a luxury apartment to spend their holidays in.
Our History
Melcon founded just in 2019, in order to name our two luxury and high quality apartments, located in the center of Parga. It is the early child of Mellos Construction team, a well known office located in Igoumenitsa and working in the locan area since 1987. Going downstairs, on our land’s ground floor, you will find our brother’s family running business “The Green Bakery” – Cafe Bistrot “Breakfast Land” awaits your visit, to offer the most delicious traditional bread products and the best breakfast in the region. You can enjoy your favorite breakfast in the yard, under the cool shade of the arbor.
Our Suites come with the latest technology included, you’ll find 40” smart and Full HD TVs with one button Netflix for a nice evening movie at the end of the day or something to keep the kids busy for a while.
All our properties include a super-fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection as well. Whether it’s for your work or simply to keep the kids entertained super-fast Wi-Fi is always going to be a handy benefit. In this day and age, having no decent Internet connection is like having no oxygen! A bit of an exaggeration but let’s be honest who would want to stay in a place without Wi-Fi these days?
You also won’t suffer slow speeds, won’t be sharing the connection with anybody else and you definitely won’t have to go through a long-winded and often awkward login procedure every time you want to go online.
